These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SeismoSense application for iOS and Android. Please read them carefully.
By downloading, installing, or using SeismoSense, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the app.
We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided as part of the app. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the app in the manner permitted by these Terms.
Your use of SeismoSense is at your sole risk. The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SeismoSense relies on device sensors and may not accurately detect all seismic events. It is NOT intended to replace official early warning systems or emergency alert services provided by governmental agencies. We do not warrant that the app will function uninterrupted, be error-free, or meet your requirements.
In no event shall SeismoSense, nor its developers, partners, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app; (ii) any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any information provided by the app. The app makes no guarantees to prevent injury, death, or property damage during a seismic event.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our app after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
